Share new archaeological achievements with the world "Sanxingdui Archaeology International Website" unveiled at the press conference

6月13日上午在川举行的“考古中国”重要项目——三星堆遗址考古发掘阶段性成果新闻通气会上，四川省文物考古研究院通报，已新建成三星堆考古国际网站，面向世界介绍三星堆考古新进展与新成果。

On the morning of June 13 in Sichuan, at a press conference on the phased results of archaeological excavations at the Sanxingdui site, an important project of "Archaeology in China",the Sichuan Provincial Cultural Relics and Archaeology Research Institute announced that the Sanxingdui Archaeology International Communication Website has been newly established to introduce the new progress and achievements of Sanxingdui archaeology to the world.

据了解，三星堆考古国际网站“Sanxingdui Archaeology”于今年3月20日正式上线，是一个面向全球考古、文博领域人士及中国文化爱好者的三星堆考古国际传播网站。

It is understoodthat the Sanxingdui Archaeology International Communication Website- "Sanxingdui Archaeology" was officially launched on March 20 this year. It is a website for global experts from the field of archaeology and cultural exhibitions, as well as Chinese culture enthusiasts.

该网站由中国四川省文物考古研究院专业指导，设置考古新闻、研究进展、文物资料和学术期刊四大板块，持续梳理沉淀三星堆考古工作与科研成果。今后，最新的三星堆遗址考古动态，权威的出土文物深度解读，中英文双语的全球学术论文，全新叙事模式的考古书籍、期刊等都将第一时间在该网站呈现。

The website is professionally hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology. It has four sections: archaeological news, research papers, cultural relics data and academic journals, continuously sorting out and collecting the scientific research achievements of Sanxingdui archaeological excavations. In the future, the latest archaeological trends of the Sanxingdui site, authoritative in-depth interpretation of unearthed relics, bilingual global academic papers in Chinese and English, archaeological books and journals with a new narrative mode will all be presented here at the first time.

值得一提的是，该网站依托四川日报报业集团的文物活化工程及数字展览技术应用，超高精度数字化还原国宝文物，将在线推出数字文物沉浸式“云展”，在向世界推广三星堆的同时，持续输出数字文物保护和文物活化工程范本。

It is worth mentioning that the website relies on the cultural relic activation project and the application of the digital exhibition technology ofSichuan Daily Press Group to restore national treasures and cultural relics with ultra-high precision digital techniques.It will launch "Cloud Exhibitions" online to provide digital cultural relic immersion. While promoting Sanxingdui to the world, it will continue to produce digital cultural relics protection and revitalization project models.
