Tianfu Forum on Chinese Culture 2024 Shine of Bronze: Sanxingdui-Jinsha Sites and Ancient Civilization: Call for Papers

In pursuit of "Preserving Cultural Heritage and SustainingHistorical Legacy", this forum aims to revive the profound value of traditional culture, enhance the global influence of Bashu culture, and strengthen "cultural inheritance and mutual learning among civilizations".
Supported by the Chinese National Committee for the International Council on Monuments and Sites, the China Archaeological Society, the Chinese Society of Cultural Relics, the China Re-Qin History Society, the China Qin-Han Historical Studies Society, the Publicity Department of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, and Sichuan University, the “Tianfu Forum on Chinese Culture 2024” will be held at the Tianfu International Conference Center in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, from October 29 to 31, 2024.
The forum will feature a parallel session entitled“Shineof Bronze: Sanxingdui-Jinsha Sites and Ancient Civilization”, which will bring together scholars from around the world to explore the rich Bronze Age civilizations represented by the Sanxingdui and Jinsha sites. To ensure scholarly depth and practical outcomes, we encourage the submission of papers aligned with the theme of the forum. Accepted papers will be invited to present at the forum, published in supported academic journals, and compiled for subsequent publication. We sincerely welcome your submissions!

3. Submission Guidelines
(1)Submissions should be closely related to the forum theme " Shineof Bronze: Sanxingdui-Jinsha Sites and Ancient Civilization" and the topics listed above.
(2) Submissions should meet high standards of research in archaeology, history, and related fields, ensuring originality and avoiding multiple submissions.
(3) Manuscripts should not exceed 30,000 words.
(4)Please follow the formatting and citation guidelines of the journal Sichuan Cultural Relics.
(5)Deadline for submission: September 30, 2024.
